Tashkila Return & Refund Policy

At Tashkila, we hope every piece brings you joy. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help within the guidelines below to keep things fair for everyone.

1. Before You Return

2. Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

Returns are only applicable for:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Defective or damaged items upon arrival

To help us resolve your case quickly, kindly provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

3. Item Condition

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With original packaging and tags intact

Items showing signs of use, washing, damage, or scent (e.g. perfume or detergent) will not be eligible for return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Limited edition or promotional collections
  • Hijabs and innerwear items (unless defective)

These items are considered final sale due to hygiene and exclusivity reasons.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to our error (wrong or defective item), Tashkila will cover return shipping.
  • For all other approved return cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for safe return delivery and tracking.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, eligible returns will be refunded via store credit only.

Store credit will be issued to your email and can be used for future purchases. No cash refunds are provided.

7. International Returns

  • Please mark parcels as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs charges.
  • Any customs fees or taxes incurred may be deducted from store credit.

8. Unclaimed or Failed Deliveries

Parcels returned due to failed delivery or non-collection may incur handling and re-delivery fees. Refunds are not applicable for unclaimed parcels.

9. Final Review

All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. Tashkila reserves the right to approve or decline any return based on the conditions stated above.
