Returning Of Item

Returning item is easy. Make sure your item is returnable with the following checklist. 

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  1. Item Condition

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

    • Products showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or odor will not be accepted.

  2. Tags & Packaging

    • The original retail tag/label must be attached and intact.

    • Items must be returned in their original packaging (e.g., box, pouch, or plastic wrap) where applicable.

  3. Return Window

    • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  4. Proof of Purchase

    • A valid order confirmation email or receipt must be provided for verification.

  5. Non-Returnable Items

    • For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

      • Innerwear (e.g., underscarves, inner caps)

      • Sale or promotional items

      • Gift cards

  6. Refund Method

    • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

    • Refunds will be issued within 7-14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  7. Exchange Requests

    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

    • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered instead.

  8. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

  9. Defective or Wrong Item

    • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos for review

Exchange Eligibility

Please note that items Sold by Vendors as well as those in the Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items & Brands list are not available for exchange unless stated otherwise.

  • Sale items are non-exchangeable. 

Refunds Process

Refunds are by default, is your original payment method.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

Please note

  • No exchanges or returns will be accepted once the tag has been removed.

  • TASHKILA reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached our mailing address.

  • If your exchange item is unavailable, we will proceed to refund you fully by default payment.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete.

  • Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.

  • We are unable to accommodate any refund reversal requests if 7 days from the refund date.
